Our friend Paula suggested we offer a Blonde roast & name it after Yellow Labs. We thought it was a great idea so here it is!

Yellow Lab Blonde is smooth and offers more dynamic flavor nuances than other coffees.  And because it’s lightly roasted, it’s just a bit higher in caffeine — giving Lab moms and dads that little extra pep they might need to get through their days.
